Our aim is to relieve the burden of financial, physical and emotional hardship and create opportunities to live well, and through this help build an empowered, resilient and compassionate community where everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive.

Our Strategy 2024-27

We have set ourselves ambitious goals over the next three years, through which we aim to:

Build an agile, collaborative organisation, one willing to develop new and different approaches
Develop our grant making approach and processes to be of the highest quality and efficacy
Understand our impact and use the learning from this process to constantly seek to improve what we do
Communicate the organisation’s purpose, grant offer and impact clearly, effectively and transparently

Through achieving these goals, we aim to help relieve the burden of hardship for more local individuals and families, and create more opportunities for them to live well.
